Your cannabis is a hungry little plant — but it’s picky. To grow strong and yield big, it needs three main nutrients: Nitrogen (N), Phosphorus (P), and Potassium (K) — aka that “N-P-K” on fertilizer bottles.
- In veg, it wants more nitrogen (leaf fuel).
- In flower, it craves phosphorus and potassium (bud builders).
Most beginners do great with a simple two-part system: one for Grow, one for Bloom.
If you’re using quality marijuana soil, you might not need to feed for the first few weeks. After that? It’s chow time.
Pro tip: Start light. Too much = burnt tips and angry plants. Not enough? Your weed will look sad — think pale leaves and slow growth. Let your plant do the talking.
Oh, and always check your pH. Even perfect nutrients won’t help if your roots can’t absorb them.
Feed smart, and your buds will say thanks.
